St Regis Apartments reception and the property management are very much unprofessional Positive: The property is central to all including Nakheel Mall and the monorail. The property manager and the reception were not helpful. They did not want to assist when questions were asked. Negative: I had a checkout of midday and the property manager instructed cleaners to walk into my apartment whilst I was in the shower (at 11:35am) and again at 11:50am and was asked to remove myself from the apartment before my time was up. They do not have any baggage storage and left me in a difficult situation. It was the St Regis Hotel operation that assisted me when I needed it. I will never ever stay in the St Regis Apartments (different from the hotel operation). Very unprofessional in the way they handled themselves which ruined a nice stay in Dubai.

In general - very good impressions of the place and fantastic impressions of the Mr Mhyar and the WYZ Rent Positive: Great apartment in the Palm Towers with an amazing view. The hosting team of WYZ Rent lead by Mr Mhyar was fantastic. He personally is of total help and support and available 24/7 on all questions. Negative: For this price of the rent I would appreciate good quality toiletries and disposable slippers in the apartment. Netflix worked only with personal access, not available by default.

An amazing and comfortable stay with breathtaking views and a fantastic, accommodating host. Positive: loved staying at this property. The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was very comfortable and well-maintained. The access to the pool was a great bonus, and the overall layout of the apartment made it feel luxurious. I also want to highlight how flexible and accommodating the host was—both for my arrival and departure, which made my experience even better. Negative: I do wish the property had a balcony to fully enjoy the views, but I understand that the entire facility is designed without balconies. Additionally, while the shower was slightly small, it was still functional and didn’t detract from the overall experience.
